today, i've updated the site with some long due improvements. i guess we're at
navigation
link titles have been changed a tad. apart from the icons being updated (which i'll get into later), the size of the icons has been increased from 20px to 25px. the font size is also a bit larger.
icons
many icons have been modified or replaced with original icons. some images are now in AVIF (instead of WebP) but have PNG fallbacks for legacy browsers. i've also made icons to the right of links mirrored.

the bit of text below the title has been changed and is now in an
miscellaneous changes
- the bouncing DVD logo has a proper SVG instead of a poorly cropped PNG. also, the box it's within now has a translucent background
- the site's font (Consolas) is now used on Internet Explorer.
- font rendering may now look nicer
- padding on the buttons 'n banners window is now more consistent
- inconsistent page design should be fixed
- other subtle tweaks i forgot about or couldn't bother to mention
