This is a question I've pondered on a couple times before. To put it simply, until I either get bored or die. Neither is particularly more likely. If I do get tired of running this site, you can probably expect an entirely new website to pop up as a successor to this one. But don't worry, I'll always try to keep this website preserved and functional, albiet it'll eventually have to move off Neocities; there's no way free, personally run platforms will last indefinitely, thus you have to be on the lookout for greener pastures in case things go south.
I have no plans to disconinue this site. Being a webmaster is my ongoing passion-project, and the website kinda defines my online presence. I'd be lost without this stupid little place to dump my thoughts and ideas, so I'll definitely continue to be splashing for a while!
